It's nothing like a stimulant. Barely noticeable, less distraction, less wandering. Can cause daytime sleepiness and other side effects if your doctor doesn't take time to ramp up to the right dose. I noticed effecst after two weeks and after three months concluded that I wanted to try a stimulant in addition.
