I don't really know. It's complicated because the answer to your question may vary depending on whether a person has just unipolar depression, or bipolar depression. Then it's extra complicated by the fact that it's very difficult, even for a good pdoc, to determine which of the 2 conditions a person with anxiety and depression has.
