I have the same problem, but I take 225mg of the SR (sustained release) version in the morning only. I get a flush of anxiety mid morning, then by mid-afternoon it's difficult to keep my eyes open..I'm so sleepy. My pdoc didn't prescribe an afternoon dose and I don't know why. Be careful though if your highs and lows are extreme -- it could be rapid cycling. Do you feel a little manic during the highs; do you talk too much and too fast? That happened to me on antidepressants without a mood stabilizer. I'm also on Depakote so that doesn't happen.

Take care.

> Well after 2 1/2 weeks on wb I'm still hanging in here. However, (there's always a but) the last couple of days I'm either on an extreme high or extreme low. Does this medicine have a mid day burn out? I take it first thing in the morning and then again around 4pm. By the time my 2nd dose is taken I'm SOOOO tired and burnt out feeling and if I take that dose any earlier I start to have anxiety. So it's lose, lose???
