I don't mean to sound excited to hear you are dealing with this, but when I wrote this, a part of me jumped inside because I have that SAME sensation often and have never been able to describe it (and was too afraid people would have no clue what I meant!)..
Yes, Yes, Yes!!!! I get the exact same feeling.
I tried to tell my husband about it once, but could only explain that my head felt "weird and heavy" as if it were trying to be removed.To which he just looked at me funny and said, "ooohkaaay..??"
I wonder what the cause of this is??? I have no idea but it makes me nearly obsess over it, which then creates anxiety, which then makes me depressed.
When you feel that way, do you notice anything else??
I have off and on fevers so I've sometimes wondered if it was induced by fever???
I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I know how strange it feels!
