I would love to see this drug in use.

I think it would be very usefull as an adjunct to SSRI's and SNRI's.

Effexor + ritanserin would be something I would bet my money on.


In my mind, it would do all the good that atypical antipsychotic augmentation does, without all the bad stuff.

I liked remeron for these purposes but the alpha-2 action just don't mix with me too well.
