This is very unusual for your dosage. Did you have more or less fatigue at 90-120mg/day? How about 80mg/day and below?
Have you checked your BP when you feel fatigued? This sounds like hypotension. When I took 200mg/day tranylcypromine, I took 100mg upon rising, then 20mg every three hours thereafter. That provided a good balance between the hypotensive effect of tranylcypromine and the sympathomimetic effect of its metabolites.
How are you taking it? Another strategy you could use __if you can tolerate it__ is to take all 150mg at once in the morning. Within 2-3 hours or so, you'll have enough metabolite formed to feel OK, probably. Do this at your own risk; I am able to tolerate a lot more tranylcypromine than most. When I used to order it from a chemical supply house, I once took 400mg/day in divided doses with EXCELLENT results (on par with Nardil for SP) for a few weeks (no hypomania or any other side effects you'd expect). Unfortunately, I developed severe thrombocytopenia which resolved upon reducing the dose back to 200mg/day. Good thing I was asking my physician to administer certain blood tests--including a platelet count--frequently so I caught that. From now on I'll stick to whatever dose Ivan Goldberg says is the max. ;)
