Cymbalta and heartbeat changes????

Posted by sac on September 5, 2005, at 8:12:57

Hello,
I've been on Cymbalta 60 mgs. for 3 1/2 months. I like it except I am experiencing a strange change in my heart rhythm. I can only assume this is from the Cymbalta since it started around the time I began taking it. I take the Cymbalta in the morning and every afternoon I experience some "skips" in my heartbeat. It worries me that I am having an adverse reaction. Does this med prolong the QT interval like some other psychiatric meds??? Anyone else have this happen? Thanks for any info. -Stacey
