Trileptal / Wellbutrin / Effexor question

Is Wellbutrin and Trileptal a better combo than Wellbutrin and Effexor?

Can all three be taken together?

Problems are anxiety and depression and mood swings. Doctor keeps pushing me toward a mood stabilizer.
