Seroquel at 25 MG can make you feel groggy, especially if you haven't taken it daily for a few months. You sort of have to experiment with it: Perhaps you could take it earlier in the evening. Or may cut the 25 MG tablet in half.

It has been the only med to help me with anxiety after 8 years of trying other things. It's not perfect, but what is?
