I took adderall with Abilify, another atypical antipsychotic. The effects were definitely reduced; the level of reduction really depended on the dose of the Abilify. In addition to is anti-psychotic effects, Seroquel is *intensely* sedating, so that will also reduce the effectiveness of stimulants.
