I've tried SSRIs and Wellbutrin, no help. Caffeine helps (with great limitations). Ritalin helped but tolerance developed quickly and there's that crash afterward. I had no problem with the Effexor being "energizing".

I see a new pdoc this week, and I don't know what she's willing to prescribe.

You're on a noradrenergic, aren't you, Meri?
