hey! I've never taken it, but I had a relative who did at one point take it...she was schizophrenic, so I guess it was routine--from what I understand, the dosage was a little high b/c of high levels of aggression and treatment resistance on. Anyway, that didn't fly with her (with all the talk of "cognitive impairment" with schizophrenia, she was a brilliant woman), and so she opted for a more intensive psycho-social treatment plan in a group home...I think there they were using clozapine and depakote for symptom control.
