Someone prescribed you Nardil and didn't give you any guidance on dietary restrictions or discuss issues related to hypertensive crisis? That borders on malpractice if you ask me.
I'm much as I think Nardil and the MAOIs are relatively safe and effective when used properly, I'd personally be very wary of being treated with them by someone who doesn't appear to have much experience with them and fails to even undertake the most rudimentary patient education.
