Effexxor made me into a instant, add water, alcoholic. It worked so well on the depression and anxiety effects that I finally had to give up on the xanax cravings it induced, At least THEY were constrainable by the doctor. It took a lot of time keeping on meds etc and how I felt to bring a coherent record to the doctor, BIG HELP!!!!
When and what I ate versus what I took supplemental wise will help in a big way
