I took my Restoril 30mg like usally.
I would lay there mellowly, but i would not have that feeling to "fall asleep". I rolled over and thought about things.
I went into a light sleep, becuase i rerember having dreams but i still felt i was half awake.
Well i am going to have to take my Symbyax again.
Zyprexa doesnt really help with sleep, it just keeps thoughts from rumbling.
Should i talk to my doctor?
