sorry i didn't get back to it sooner....i do think the xanax has somethign to do with those thoughts, but now its to the point where its in socially anxious situations even without xanax...recently i have completely eliminated Lamictal, and only take serax and a low dose of aderal , and so far knock on wood i THINK it's getting slightly better....could lamictal have something to do with this?
