Has your diet been poor lately? Often when one begins taking stimulants it really kills the appetite. They also tend to interfere with sleep especially in the beginning. Try taking vit C at bedtime (shouldn't take vit c with stims as it decreases effectiveness) When you are ready to sleep the vit c helps your body to get rid of the medication so you can sleep more soundly.

If your diet and sleep have indeed been poor recently this would account for slow wound healing and blemishes.

If you are new to this type medication be aware that 'overfocusing' or ocd-ish type behaivors are possible. This could be responsible for the overzealous extraction. Whatever you do stay away from tweezing! :)
You may want to try a lower dose for awhile until you adjust.

What you are describing sounds like a common response to too much Adderall too fast for you.

Call your Dr. if you are concerned-that is what he/she is there for.

Peace,
Kaye
