> well i've been taking 10 mg a day now for a week. i was completely amazed because the very next morning i noticed the difference. i woke up for the first time without feeling like i had just been hit by a brick wall of anxiety. i could feel anxiety trying to rise but it would never get as intense as it had before. i've been able to recognize some of my triggers and i can actually tell myself, "that's not your problem you dont have to worry about it" and i WONT worry about it...something i wasnt able to do in the past. i wasnt expecting to see any kind of results for at least a couple of weeks. i guess we'll see how it goes.....so far so good tho....

I'm glad for you. I've heard Paxil is good for anxiety. It had the opposite effect for me - unless it wasn't the Paxil and was just Effexor withdrawal causing my increased fear and panic. It caused me some pretty severe restless legs, though. Not as bad on Paxil CR as on regular Paxil.
