SEMI EMERGENCY: What Would You Do?

My blood pressure is 148/100 and my heart rate is about 100 bpm. I'm taking Wellbutrin XL 150mgs and Seroquel 100mgs. I also have a temporal headache. I have lorazempam .25mgs and Captopril 25mgs that my doctor gave me when I took Nardil. Would the lorazempam possibly lower the heart rate and blood pressure? I'd rather take that than the Captopril. Or should I go to the ER? I've been on the Wellbutrin for two weeks now, and I'm sure thats the cause.
