Thanx for the replies,
That big study recently released reported that seroquel was equivalent to the zyprexa-prozac combo.. I read on www.bipolarnews.org that seroquel antidepressant effects mabye due to its modulation of Brain derived neutrophic factor (BNDF)... whatever that means! but thats interesting that people are reporting an antidepressant effect from seroquel..
