Zyprexa rx Anxious Depression. Does it poop out?

After a year and one half on various meds some of which are not listed below, I finally gave in to trying Zyprexa at 2.5 mg per day for anxious depression. Within two days I felt normal and stayed that way for nine weeks. During the nine weeks I reduced some of the meds from the cocktail listed below. Then all of a sudden I appear to heading back to the symptoms prior to the start of Zyprexa. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cocktail at start of nine weeks and current
Start/ Current
Xanax 3.5 mg/ 1.75 mg
Cymbalta 60 mg/ 60 mg
Paxil 15 mg / 7.5 mg
Cytomel 35 mcg/ 0 mg
Lunesta 0 mg / 3 mg
Caffeine none/ Some coffee and diet colas
Alcohol none/ A little wine during week nine
