Hi. That's great feedback. I've gone through a whole list of AD's myself. Have done well on just wellbutrin for a couple years until life stress kicked it up several notches. The Klonopin is really taking the edge off- I don't care if I am on it for the rest of my life. I was way too edgy. I'm considering .5 Klonopin in the morning and .5 in the afternoon. And I'm currently still at 5 mg Lexapro (day 4?) Do you take 10mg all at once, or 5mg twice a day?Read an article that anxious people crave carbs because it is soothing and decreases anxiety. Makes sense to me.
