I didn't like traz at all.
I wonder if you've gone the ssri+antipsychotic combination route. Prozac + zyprexa, zoloft with any of the atypicals. Those combinations really can work strongly on all kinds of psychiatric conditions. But maybe you've already tried. Don't know. Just a thought.
In any case, traz is obviously not doing the job for you. If it were me, I would begin tapering off of it.
