I use cabergoline (Dostinex) and am very impressed with it. I have never taken Mirapex, but I don't think cabergoline has the same propensity to cause the sudden drowsiness. I think the DA agonists are better suited for use augmenting an AD than alone, although there's no reason why they wouldn't work alone for some folks.

I've taken many combos of drugs, including bromocriptine + SSRI + Strattera (years ago, and not for a long time, I must add). I feel Nardil + DA agonist is definitely one of the most "well-rounded" and effective combos out there.
