Lamictal titration

Hi all,
I just added Lamictal to Nardil in hopes I can eventually lower Nardil. My pdoc instructed me to take 25 mg for a week, go up to 50 for a week, and then 75 after that. Another medication source I have says to take go in two week increments.

Any advice?
