MAOI how do they work???.....

Im tryng to understand what is happening in my brain.
I am currently taking Nardil and Seroquel.
Please correct me If I say something wrong
Nardil blocks the amina oxidasa whos is reponsable to deplete Serotonine, Dopamine,Noradrenaline etc....... that means all does that mean this aminas increase their amount in my brain or in all the body???
I understand how works ISRS APs and the other
medicines but not exactly how MAOIs works
can somebody explain me in an easy way what is happening in my brain
Nardil increases some aminas but do they only appear in the sinapsis???
What if I take Seroquel , how is my brain functioning??
