Ixus, Your blood sugar is in the normal range. Anything over l00 is considered prediabetic. Over l20 and you have definite high blood sugar. So you have a very good blood sugar. It's not too low. Eat 6 high protein small meals a day. This will help to stabalize your blood sugar. Protein is digested much slower than a simple carbohydrate as sugar, bread, etc. And fats are the slowest to metabolize. Fondly, Phillipa
