I think that's only slightly low?

PMID: 4878653 [PubMed - indexed for MEDLINE]Hypoglycemia sometimes causes anxiety. Perhaps the hypoglycemia is worsening your pre-existing anxiety. Phenelzine also sometimes causes hypoglycemia.
