Gosh. You have so many different directions you can move in to further pursue a treatment that will give you a more reliable response.

If you are inclined to continue with citalopram, it might be worthwile to try adding either desipramine or nortriptyline. There is convincing evidence that SSRI + TCA works better than SSRI alone. The suggestion given by another poster of using Wellbutrin is a good one.
