antagonizing dopamine AUTOreceptors. (for AD fx)

Posted by iforgotmypassword on May 6, 2005, at 8:30:26

i'm wondering if all antipsychotics do this or just amisulpiride? i live in canada and am currently taking low dose zyprexa (2.5mg). will it only target the auto receptors at low dose or is it only amisulpride that does this? if it does is zyprexa the best to combat the ruminating and amotivation caused by depression? and when does this fatigue and weakness go away?
