Took remeron for anxiety and because I couldn't sleep. When I took it,before bedtime only, I slept great and overall during the day I felt good. It did help me gain 50 pounds. After months of begging my pdoc he swithed me to lexapro. No weight gain and I felt normal again. Lexpro has it's own set of issues I won't even go into here.
