Upping from 54mg was a double 36mg prescription, this works. Haven't tried spacing and because arrythmia backed down with Concerta and upped Provigil. Call your doc and ask for a trial prescription, there is another dose between 18 and 34 I think. Take care and let your doc know, you are his/her responsibility taking this med.
