I take 150mg Wellbutrin XL in the morning and 40mg Cymbalta in the evening. I am bipolar type II so I also take a mood stabilizer: 150mg Trileptal in the morning and 300mg in the evening.

Have you considered taking the Cymbalta in the evening instead? I took mine in the morning at first, but I kept getting tired in the afternoon, so I switched.

Yikes! Did you increase both times because you were tired? The Wellbutrin has helped me a bit with my appetite (which had been too high) and motivation (which had been too low), but it is interfering just a bit with my sleep now. I'm handling it OK so far, but I slept way better on 60mg Cymbalta before the Wellbutrin. (I had to drop my Cymbalta dose 'cause my blood pressure went up a little.)
