Hmm. I didn't know about increased dosages having less of a sedation effect. It is supposed to help me have less trouble with dissociation. I don't know whether it helps with that or not. I know that the first time I was on it I didn't hear voices or lose time for a week or so (after I had been taking it for a couple of weeks). But they came back later. I don't know if they stopped then because of the seroquel or because we just wanted to get out of hospital... Kept increasing the dose after that to try and curb them again - but I don't think it really helped. But now it has been reccomended that I go back on it again.

I think I might just stop taking it and just stick with the Effexor. Thanks.
