Hi,

It's a good idea to discontinue it to be on the safe side:

P.S. By the way, I'm still doing well on 5mg Lexapro alternating daily w/ 100mg bupropion Extended Release. Just a note-I know there are very slight variations in generic drugs versus their name brand counterparts, but I've noticed that Wellbutrin SR 100mg makes me feel much more stimulated-I want to tackle all sorts of things like chores I've gotten behind on (thanks to SSRI apathy)-like I'd taken pseudophedrine decongestant. Whereas, the generic makes me feel calm and laid back though I still feel energetic and clear headed, just not in the same "fast lane" as the name brand. Interesting.
