Lexapro for BP Type 2 ??? Experiences pls

Hi.
Lexapro is now available in Canada. Cool eh?
Has anyone had success using it to treat BP Type 2? SSRIs have not work well for me in the past except for Prozac. I am also worried about the dreaded weight gain. I used Celexa for two months and it did nothing for me (it did give me gas) Does that mean that Lexapro will not work either?
So? Anyone? Anyone?
