Yes.. I do the same thing.

If I go to Starbucks and drink a frappucino, I am flying HIGH (nearly euhporic) for a few hours, then I crash and am totally exhausted.

I can do this if I drink a WHOLE lot of coffee but I generally stick to one half cup a day or a cup of green tea.

But I know the feeling. I do the same thing.
