Perhaps I could just taper off the Cymbalta and see how I do AND if the twitching goes away. Are Cymbalta caps filled with beads like Effexor so that I could divide them and taper without another prescription?

Wow, that's weird. When I did my Cymbalta trial several months back I got the eyelid twitch (only on the right side) within hours of the first dose of Cymbalta. I dropped Stratterra that I was also taking, and it helped some, but it was still there off and on (at microdoses even). I never got any twitchies from Effexor. I guess you could taper off of it, but if you need a serotonergic med for your anx., the WB + Klon. combo alone might not cut it.
