How long do meds stay in system?

I was wondering how long Anti-psychotics and Benzos stay in your system after you stop taking them all together? What is the longest length of time? I got pregnant in Jan. and have been off all drugs for at least 9-10 months. I think that is plenty of time to have all drugs out of my system.
