Research board/New treatment board?

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to have a seperate board dedicated to new treatments and medications.

I personally am very interested in new treatments and developments and I was thinking it would be a good idea to have a board dedicated just to that.

Its just an idea, I'd like to hear what people think
