I experience severe dissociation, i dont have much of a problem with time laps, its mainly numbness,
As if an egg cracked on your head, numbess flows down, your face, and a sudden feeling of disoriatation, i was at a bank teller, and suddenly i flew, i thought i was at some office i didnt know of, i had to talk with the teller over where i was, and what i was doing, i sat down nad had some water. I went back home, a little out of whack.
Go to a therpist qualified in dissoction, idenity disorders.
