Hi:
sounds to me like your Bipolar is psychotic feature that might fall into Bp I classification, not Bp II that has mostly depressive episodes with less manic sides.

In my guess, ... except Trazodone and Kolonopin, you need to take 'split-dosage,' one for morning and another for before bed. Particualrly, Risperal, because this med. has a good reputation for Bp I with psychotic, like yours. Also, some of Bp I taking, actually the Rispderal even during the day when you feel 'manic,' 'dysphoric,' and also all other manic problems.
Just my suggestion.
