Hey! I think it's a little odd that you have hypertension and take cymbalta (which raises blood pressure, usually only slightly)...have you talked to your doc about some options? What I think might work is some Inderal (propranolol), which is a beta-blocker. It's used used for migraines, tension, trembling, etc. in addition to its FDA-approved use as a blood-pressure lowering agent. I think maybe that, a couple times a day, perhaps in combo with Ibuprofen, Aspirin, or other OTC preparations you can take might do the trick. I WOULD recommend Bextra or Celebrex, which worked great for my normal headaches (in addition to fixing some awful hangovers :=) ), but there's been so much controversy about those lately...still something to think about, though.
