I think it's great you're intelligent and experienced enough to self medicate and understand your meds. Society has done a good job over the years of feeding the illusion to the duller masses that the "individual" without a PhD must always have help and permission from so called "professionals" before ingesting a chemical to find peace of mind, which in many cases is absurd.
You've been around a while, you know your meds, you know how you feel, you have all the information you will ever need at your fingertips, it's your body, your choice, you're no fool. More power to you I say.
