I'm short tempered and have been feeling down in general. Also I've noticed a deterioration in my memory/mental reaction time as well as a general 'spacey/slightly confused' feeling. These effects all occour during my waking hours.

After thinking about it. I would compare the side effects I was experiencing to the kind of accumulated anticholergenic side effects I got when I used to take antihistamines like benadryl as a sleep aid. The negative change in my mood during the waking hours was much more pronounced with ambien however.
