Sometimes It Seems to Come Out of Thin Air

Posted by cubbybear on February 4, 2005, at 9:35:15

Does anybody know the scientific and/or psychological reason why anxiety sometimes starts spontaneously, for no apparent reason, like right out of thin air, and you have no idea why you've been hit with it?
And do the doctors still call this "free-floating" anxiety"?
