As I said in a previous post, weight gain seems to be atypical on Cymbalta. I think for me (and it's only been a couple of pounds) it's been because the Cymbalta helped so much with my anxiety... which was causing me to feel nauseated most all the time... which was making it hard for me to eat much. Now that the anxiety is mostly gone, I have an appetite back.
