I've been taking benzos for over 20 years.
For me, personally, 1 mg of Klonopin is equal to 20 mg of Valium. At this time, I'm taking 0.25 mg of Klonopin twice a day.

I think most people take way too much Klonopin and then complain about sedation and confusion.
