Thanks for the suggestions everyone

Unfortunatly stimulents alone don't help my SA,

Caffein makes it worse, so does Provigil, Dexedrine was somewhat prosocial in combination with Clomipramine, oddly enough neither were effective on their own.

I tried combining Klonopin with Provigil, but I didn't find it very helpful, although it seems to work for lots of others :(

I would like to try Xanax but its all but impossible to get it prescribed here, especially long term.

I'm pinning my hopes (such as they are) on either Nardil or Pregabalin!
