Thanks for all of your responses. I guess it's apparant that I have a LOT of anxiety. As you say you can't believe everything and have to apply what "fits" . I have always had a phobia of meds since my mother died as a result of cortisone when it first came out in the 50's. She was only 48. Plus, I take it as a weakness that I need to take meds. I wanted to be healthy all my life. I need to learn to accept reality which I have a very difficult time doing. Thanks Phillipa
